Extend a plan period enables you to extend your plan period to the same type of plan or to extend it to a different plan.
Note – you can only extend a paid plan, if you are using a free plan you will have to first upgrade to a paid plan and then extend it if needed.
To extend your plan, please follow these steps:
- Click on your username displayed at the top of the sidebar
- On the floating menu, click on “My Account”
- In your user account page, click on the “Billing” tab
- Click on the “Extend Period” button
- In the plans table page, select the plan you want to extend to
- In the checkout page, click on the “Make Payment” button
Note – if you do not have a payment method set yet, you can create one in the checkout page, in this case, click on the “Make Payment” button after filling yourpayment details or after connecting to PayPal.
