The Auto Renewal feature is used to automatically purchase a new plan on behalf of the user, when his current plan gets expired.
When Auto Renewal is activated, Hover Lead will try to renew any plan that expires and does not have an extended plan after it.
If you want to make sure that your account will keep running smoothly and will not be reverted back to the Free plan without your notice, we recommend that you turn on the Auto Renewal feature, after activating, Hover Lead will try to purchase a new plan automatically for you every time a plan is expired.
Note – The default status of the Auto Renewal feature is off, you have to manually set it on at least once. Auto Renewal can be turned off at any time.
Auto Renewal is available only for paid plans accounts, if you are using a free plan, you will have to first, upgrade to a paid plan and then activate this feature.
To activate Auto Renewal, please follow these steps:
- Click on your username displayed at the top of the sidebar
- On the floating menu, click on “My Account”
- In your user account page, click on the “Billing” tab
- Under the “Auto Renewal” section, check the “Enable Auto Renewal” checkbox
- In the dropdown, select the plan that you want to automatically purchase
- To finish click “Update”
To deactivate an active Auto Renewal, please follow these steps:
- Click on your username displayed at the top of the sidebar
- On the floating menu, click on “My Account”
- In your user account page, click on the “Billing” account
- Under the “Auto Renewal” section uncheck the “Enable Auto Renewal” checkbox
- Click “Update”
