You can easily change your forms appearance, by editing their texts, font and colors. These can be configured by selecting a skin or by changing a specific item.
Texts
To edit the texts of your form, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Forms” at the side bar
- Click on the “Settings” button of the form you want to adjust
- Click on the “Text” tab
- Edit texts in the text inputs
- Optionally, open a field by clicking on the “+” icon to edit its texts
- Finally, click on the “Update Text” button
Note – some texts can be also be edited in other tabs of the form settings depending on their context to the tab, for instance, you can change the form title in the “Layout” tab because it is considered as part of the form layout.
Font
Hover Lead is using Google Fonts as an open source library that provides many different types of high-quality fonts. By using Google Fonts, we are also ensuring browser compatibility and a unified look on different devices.
To select the font to be used in your form, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Forms” at the side bar
- Click on the “Settings” button of the form you want to adjust
- Click on the “Layout” tab
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Under the “Font” section, click on the “Choose from Our Fonts” button
- On the displayed dialog, select a font from the list to preview it
- Choose the font you want to use and click on the “Select” button
- Finally, click on the “Update Layout” button
Colors
Forms can be displayed in different colors sets, called skins. If you want, you can also manually change a color for a specific element.
These are the available elements inside the form that you can adjust their color:

To change a color for a specific element, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Forms” at the side bar
- Click on the “Settings” button of the form you want to adjust
- Click on the “Layout” tab
- Scroll down to the “Colors” section
- Change the value for the selected elements by typing a hexadecimal value or by picking a color from the color wheel
Finally, click on the “Update Layout” button
