Hover Lead lets you add an external URL when a status of a lead changes, this is highly useful when you want to report to an external source regarding a change of status. The request will be delivered to the specified URL with the lead data in it.
In order to set a ping URL, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the “Form Settings” page “Leads Panel” section.
- Under “On Status Change URL” enter the URL to be called upon every status change.
- When done, make sure to update the changes by pressing the “Update on Status Change URL”.
Note: This feature supports only secured URLs that use HTTPS protocol.
