Updating leads information and statuses

Lead status helps us manage our communication with our potential customers (or users), you can group and filter leads based on their status, we currently provide supporting for the following status:

  1. Default
  2. Approved
  3. In Progress
  4. Failed

To make it easier, we are using colors to indicate the status of a lead, and you can mark a group of leads together using the “Actions” menu at the top of your leads table.

To change a lead status, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “Forms” at the side bar
  2. Click on the “View” button of the form you want to see
  3. Under “Status” column, select the status of the lead

To change a group of leads status, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “Forms” at the side bar
  2. Click on the “View” button of the form you want to see
  3. Use the checkboxes to check the leads you want to change

Open the “Action” menu and select the status you want to set
