Important Note – Hover Lead enables you to send leads to specific email recipients through the dedicated “Recipients” tab (recommended), use this type of email integration only if you need to customize the email parameters such as for name, email address, and reply-to address etc.
To report your leads through an email service, first, create a new integration, for more information see: Integrating leads to a CRM
After creating a new integration, go to the CRM settings “General” tab and follow these steps:
Required:
- In the “Name” field, type the integration name
- In the “Subject” field, type the subject of the email
- In the “Recipients” field, type the recipients’ email address separated with commas
- In the “From Email” field, type the email address from which you want to send the email
Note – The form of the email address has to be a valid, a real address with active mailbox, otherwise it could be blacklisted
Optional:
- In the “From Name” field, type the name you want it to appear as the sender’s name
- In the “Reply to Email” field, type the email address that will be used when the recipients will try to reply back
In the “Replay to Name” field, type the name you want it to appear when the recipients will try to reply back
