If you want to change any of your personal details, please follow these steps:
To change your name:
- Click on your username displayed at the top of the sidebar
- On the floating menu, click on “My Account”
- In the “Profile” tab, under “First Name” and “Last Name” change your first and last name
- Click “Update Your Name” to finish
Note – if you are working with collaborators in Hover Lead, your name is displayed to other team members, therefore it is recommended that you will inform your team members about this change, so they can recognize you.
To change your email:
- Click on your username displayed at the top of the sidebar
- On the floating menu, click on “My Account”
- In the “Profile” tab, under “Email” section click on the “Change Your Email” button
- On the form displayed enter your new email address and your Hover Lead’s password
- Go tothe inbox of your new email address and look for a confirmation email from Hover Lead
Note – if you do not find the confirmation email, please wait up to 20 minutes and then, check your spam or junk folder again, if this does not help go back to the web page and click on the link to send another email. - In the confirmation email, click on the “Change My Email” button
- On the finish page, click “Login”
- Login with your new email address and your current password
To change your password:
- Click on your username displayed at the top of the sidebar
- On the floating menu, click on “My Account”
- In the “Profile” tab, under “Password” section click on the “Change Your Password” button
- On the form displayed enter your current password, type our new password, and retype your new password again.
Note – please make sure that your keyboard is set to English letters and make sure to save this password in a secure place. - Click “Change Password” button
- In the finish page, click on “Login” button
